Travis Callaway Joins the Trojan Athletic Staff as Head Track Coach

Travis, a graduate of Indiana University – Purdue University Indianapolis, where he earned a bachelor's degree, Travis joined the financial services industry in 2000. His 11-year career has included positions with Charles Schwab and Edward Jones.  In 2008, he and his team transitioned to Raymond James & Associates. Travis strongly believes in giving back both as a member of his local community and globally through  his travels to Zambia, Africa where he is dedicated to providing support to children orphaned by HIV/AIDS. Currently Travis serves as Treasurer and a member of the Board of Directors for Horizon International.

As a former New Castle Trojan, class of 1998, Travis was a track and field sectional, regional and NCC champion. In addition he was a state qualifier. He went on to run for Anderson University for two years.

Travis currently resides in his hometown of New Castle, Indiana. He and his wife, Sarah, have three children, Harry, Elliot and Reese. In his spare time, Travis enjoys traveling and spending time with his growing family.

Travis is a great fit for the New Castle track program.  His passion for the sport, the athletes, his alma mater and community will show through on day one.  He will be an outstanding addition to the New Castle athletic staff.
